Returns Policy

We take no responsibility for any package once it has left one of our many shipping depots, nor do accept any liability for the condition of your delivery once it has arrived. If you feel that your package has arrived in an unsatisfactory state, we do accept photographic evidence to prove that damage has been done to your package. If we agree that the packages condition does not meet our high standards, or has been tampered with in any way, we may agree to resend products that have been damaged in transit. Contact us via email regarding any issue you may have with delivery. We utilize multiple 3rd party couriers, meaning that as soon as your order has left our controlled and supervised facility, we cannot be aware of any damage done.

We do not offer any refund on an order that has been completed. If we are unable to ship or complete your order, then we do offer full refunds. If the order that you receive contains the incorrect products, is damaged or is in poor condition then please contact our support team immediately in order for us to better understand your issue. We require photographic evidence for all claims, and we only offer customers further assistance if their claim passes testing by our Refund and Returns management team, who closely evaluate all claims that customers may have. Items that have been reported delivered to us by our 3rd party couriers are not eligible for a refund.

If your order does not arrive or has been classed as undeliverable, we understand the frustration that this may cause you. If you believe you have a reasonable and clear case regarding our policies or services, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
